Development of a pilot production line for fluid-solid mixing with a view to integrating untreated fine particles into a process for upgrading thermosetting polymers.

Petit-Rechain will be saturated only by meeting demand from the Benelux countries.
It is therefore planned to set up new production sites in the south of France, in the north of Germany and in Sri Lanka, in order to be closer to waste production and its customers, and thus promote a circular economy.
As a partner, GDTech will carry out simulations of the dynamics of the current mixer, which will support the optimisation. The mixing of granules and dust will be modelled, as well as the addition of binder (in as representative a way as possible while maintaining an industrial approach). The new mixer will be simulated and compared with the current one.
