The GreenWin cluster is constituted as an asbl (not-for-profit association), with statutes signed by 27 founding members. Its precise objectives are fixed by mutual agreement with the Walloon Government.
The decision-making bodies of the cluster are the General Assembly of members and the Administrative Council.
The management bodies are the Executive Board and the Strategic Committees, assisted by a permanent operational cell.
They set up working groups on an ad hoc basis according to the needs of the cluster.
A committee of international experts gives advice to the Council in respect of technological monitoring and strategic direction. Every year it assists the Council with the selection of projects to propose to the Government. It is a guarantor of the scientific relevance of the choices made by the directing bodies of the cluster.
