All about LIFE Giga Regio Factory by Energie Sprong: Building the Future of Zero-Carbon Renovation

The LIFE Giga Regio Factory project, co-funded by the European Union under the LIFE Programme, has reached another key milestone: the release of its official explainer video, now available on GreenWin’s YouTube channel in four subtitled language versions.

This ambitious project brings together 16 partners from four countries — Belgium, France, Germany, and Italy — united around one common goal: to accelerate large-scale, zero-carbon renovation through industrialised and replicable processes. Guided by the pioneering spirit of the Energiesprong movement, LIFE Giga Regio Factory aims to transform the way we renovate our buildings, making homes energy-neutral, affordable, and sustainable.

After several years of collaborative work, the consortium now presents a clear and inspiring overview of its achievements, objectives, and impact. The video highlights the project’s values, methodology, and transnational dynamic — a fine example of European cooperation serving the energy transition.
