Ivan IGNJATOVIĆ, Associate Professor of Concrete Structures at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Belgrade, will be at Circular Wallonia Days 2025.

Ivan IGNJATOVIĆ is Associate Professor of Concrete Structures at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia.
His research interests include the use of recycled aggregate concrete in structural elements, as well as the durability and service life design of reinforced concrete structures. He is also studying the incorporation of secondary cementitious materials-such as fly ash and slag-into structural concrete, in particular through research into high fly ash content concrete and alkali-activated concrete.

Dr IGNJATOVIĆ has been actively involved in numerous collaborative projects with industry, covering the design, reconstruction and rehabilitation of reinforced and prestressed concrete structures, as well as technical inspections and project reviews. He is president of the Association of Structural Engineers of Serbia and one of the leaders of the Circ-Boost project, funded under the Horizon Europe programme.
