Meet our Mistress of Ceremony at GreenWin’s Conferences on Green Chemistry & White Biotech.

The 8^th edition of the International Conferences on Green Chemistry and White Biotechnologies, will take place on 28 & 29 September 2022. It will be dedicated to “Digital Transformation: Innovation booster for Green Chemistry and White Biotechs”. They will be held at the Sart-Tilman University Campus, under the auspices of ULiège.

Meet our Mistress of Ceremony and Moderator :

Tineke VAN HOOLAND is Deputy Secretary-General of bio.be/essenscia, the Belgian federation representing the biotech and the life sciences industry to boost innovation and industrialization in Belgium and beyond. Tineke graduated as Industrial Pharmacist from the Ghent University and has held several leadership positions in biopharmaceutical companies at corporate level over the past 16 years.

Tineke is also founder and CEO of epic 10, a boutique consulting firm in External Affairs in Life Sciences. Through her dynamic and no-nonsense approach, she is often consulted as a board member and keynote speaker. Tineke is also a female leadership advocate and has authored a number of opinion pieces on empowering women. Her motto: ‘Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm’ (Emerson).

About the Conferences…

The purpose of the conferences is to screen the digital technology used to boost activities in the fields of green chemistry and white biotechnology around the world, to share knowledge and encourage the creation of new R&D projects in the sector at regional and international scale.

The first day, on 28 September, will focus on Digital Transition while the second one, on 29 September, will focus on Artificial Intelligence. Both days will be animated by Tieneke Van Hooland, from Bio.be by essenscia.
