18th - 20th of October 2017, Basel : Phos4You: Invitation to the European Nutrient Event.
In the name of all partners, we have the pleasure to invite you to the official launch of Phos4You taking place in form of an European Nutrient Event from 18th to 20th of October in Basel (CH).
This 3-days meeting offers a unique place not only to get to know and exchange with the Phos4You partnership but also to learn and interact with the current European initiatives dealing with nutrient recycling.
For that, together with our hosting partners, the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and BaselArea.swiss, Phos4You has joined forces with the European Sustainable Phosphorus Platform (ESPP) and the German Phosphorus Platform (DPP) to co-organise this European Nutrient Event.
Day 1 aims at interacting with the two first EU countries making phosphorus recovery mandatory in their legislation (Germany and Switzerland).
Day 2 aims at interacting with the leading nutrient recycling projects across Europe, funded by different EU and national programmes (e.g. Horizon 2020, LIFE…).
Day 3 is a closed meeting for all Phos4You partners and associated partners. The focus will be given to the expectations of the fertilizers stakeholders towards the recycled phosphorus.
A technology fair and a poster exhibition run parallel on both first days.
Please find the preliminary programme online on: http://www.nweurope.eu/phos4you
The dedicated workshop for the associated partners on the third day is planned until 12:30 (details will be sent at a later stage).
We invite you to register under http://ow.ly/G2GM30cyjfG.
The accommodation for the associated partners can be reimbursed afterwards. We enjoy if you would stay at the same hotel as the Phos4You partners: for that I kindly ask you to send me an e-mail before the 30th of July and I will provide you with the hotel address.
The success of the Phos4You project is strongly linked to the cooperation with the associated partners.
Therefore we would like very much to welcome you in Basel.
