Governance

The GreenWin cluster was set up as a non-for-profit organisation. Its articles of association were signed by its 27 founder members, and it has specific fixed objectives agreed on with the Walloon government.

The cluster’s decision-making bodies are the Annual General Meeting of members and the Board of Directors.

Its management bodies are the Executive Bureau and the Strategic committees, which are assisted by a Permanent operations unit. These bodies set up ad hoc Working groups in line with the needs of the cluster.

A Committee of international experts offers advice to the Board on the monitoring of technology and strategic guidance. It assists the Board with the annual task of selecting projects to be put forward to the government. Its function is to ensure the selections made by the cluster’s executive bodies are scientifically relevant.
